Grey Street Hotel is a contemporary boutique hotel situated on the accolade winning Grey Street in Newcastles vibrant city centre. Grade 2 listed, this former bank provides a wonderful canvas for the chic interior design. Full renovation took place in 2004 to open the hotel managed by Niche Hotels. The Living Room is one of the UKs most successful restaurant concepts. Hotel guests can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and room service meals are also provided in an exclusive arrangement. Floritas is a deluxe open-plan bar, with retro chintz style, less than 100 metres from the hotel. Bar Luga is as plush as they come, a champagne and caviar bar, and one of the places to be seen in. Less than 50 metres from the hotel. Split over two levels, the decor is warm and autumnal with plenty of seating inside, and outside seating for the summer.
